Tallinn Gren Factor
Our team developed and implemented the city's Green Factor in close collaboration with urban planners from Tallinn City Council. The Green Factor is a tool for city planners to promote improved environmental standards in new private developments and renovations in the city. The Green Factor serves as a tool for urban planners to promote improved environmental standards in new and renovated private urban developments. This tool is used to evaluate design proposals. It facilitates negotiations for higher environmental quality in urban projects. Tallinn is currently in the process of integrating the Green Factor into its detailed planning process.
