Client: Enterprise Estonia (EAS), e-Residency programme
Location: Estonia (national programme)
Year: 2022
Having taken over the original economic-impact methodology in 2021, SPIN Unit ran the model again for FY2021 — turning what began as a one-time deliverable into an ongoing annual measurement EAS could rely on year after year.
The approach extended the existing added-value, tax, and employment model to a further fiscal year of Marketplace service-provider data and national tax records, using the same methodology as the prior run.
Running the model for a third consecutive year demonstrated that SPIN Unit had successfully internalised and repeated a methodology originally built by a Big Four consultancy — keeping EAS’s evidence base current without re-commissioning external consultants each cycle.
