Langan, a US engineering firm, needed Tallinn-based traffic-engineering expertise to support the design of a client facility in the city. SPIN Unit acted as the local traffic specialist, working alongside Langan’s design team.
The engagement combined field-based traffic observation, a review of surrounding public transit and cycling infrastructure, and analysis of the City of Tallinn’s citywide traffic model to place the site within its broader network context.
The engagement marked the start of an ongoing traffic-engineering subcontracting relationship with Langan that continued in subsequent years.
